Historical Delivery in Action: Blue World City Makes History with the Possession of 6,000+ Plots Delivered in the First Phase of an Ongoing Delivery Journey

Blue World City marked a historic milestone in its development journey with the successful hosting of a Grand Possession event held on Sunday, 25th October 2026. The occasion celebrated the delivery of possession of more than 6,000 plots across General Block, Overseas Block, Downtown and Legends Enclave, bringing together more than 250 realtors, project members, their friends and families, and the company's senior management.

The event represented a significant step in Blue World City's ongoing delivery journey, bringing members to their respective plots and providing them an opportunity to witness their properties firsthand.

A Grand Gathering of Members, Realtors and Families

The event commenced with the arrival of distinguished guests, real estate professionals, Blue World City members and their families. More than 250 realtors joined the occasion, alongside members and their loved ones, to witness this important possession milestone.

The gathering reflected the participation of the wider Blue World City community, with real estate professionals and members coming together to celebrate the delivery achievement and experience the development progress on ground.

Possession Delivered Across Four Major Development Blocks

The central highlight of Historical Delivery in Action was the handover of possession of more than 6,000 plots across four major blocks of Blue World City: General Block, Overseas Block, Downtown and Legends Enclave.

Members from these areas participated in the possession process, marking an important step towards taking physical ownership of their respective properties. The handover represented the first phase of a wider delivery journey, reinforcing Blue World City's commitment to moving forward with its development and possession milestones.

General Block

General Block was among the key areas included in the possession handover, covering Sector 1, Sector 2, Sector 5, Sector 7A and Sector 7B. Members received possession of their plots and were provided the opportunity to visit their respective locations. The on-ground visits allowed them to identify their plots, inspect the surroundings and witness the development progress firsthand.

Overseas Block

The possession milestone also included members of Overseas Block, covering District 1 and District 11. The handover and accompanying site visits enabled members to witness their properties physically, identify their respective plots and experience the progress of their development areas.

Downtown

Downtown was the third major block included in the possession delivery, with possession handed over in Sector A1. Members were taken to their respective plot locations, providing them an opportunity to witness their properties firsthand and observe the development progress of the area.

Legends Enclave

Members of Legends Enclave also became part of this historic possession occasion, with possession delivered in Enclosure 1. Following the handover, members visited their respective plots, identified their locations and experienced the surrounding development. Pakistan’s Largest Cricket Ground also featured prominently in the aerial views showcased during the event.

Together, the four blocks formed part of the overall achievement of more than 6,000 plots delivered during the first phase of the ongoing possession journey.

From Possession Handover to Physical Site Visits

An important aspect of the event was the opportunity given to members to visit their actual plots after receiving possession. Rather than limiting the occasion to a formal handover ceremony, Blue World City arranged site visits so that members could personally reach their respective locations and see their properties on the ground.

To facilitate these visits, luxury SUVs were arranged by BWC Management to transport members to their respective plots across the designated development areas. Members were escorted to their plots, where they identified their locations and witnessed the surrounding development. Their experiences and reactions were also recorded through testimonials, capturing their responses to the possession handover and the opportunity to visit their properties.

These first-hand experiences added a personal dimension to the event, making the occasion about more than the delivery of possession documents. It allowed members to connect directly with their investments and share their experiences with the wider Blue World City community.

Aerial Experiences Showcase Blue World City from Above

Adding another dimension to the occasion, Blue World City arranged special aerial experiences for the participating realtor community. These included Hot Air Balloon, Motor Gliding and Helicopter Rides, giving guests an opportunity to view the project from above.

The experiences offered aerial perspectives of Blue World City's overall development, including the possession areas across General Block, Overseas Block, Downtown and Legends Enclave. Guests also witnessed views of the Legends Enclave cricket ground, providing a broader perspective of the project's scale and layout.

Beyond recreational experience, these attractions allowed real estate professionals to observe the development from a different vantage point and appreciate the scale of the project.
